I moved to Bozeman, Montana 24 years ago to attend massage therapy school and never left! Alternative health modalities are something I have always sought out. When I tried to find an alternative option to mammograms, I was lucky enough my long-time friend Bev was providing the service. When the opportunity came to continue this important health benefit for not only myself, but our community, it was a no-brainer. Nicole and I are excited to meet you!

I moved to Dillon, Montana in the fall of 2022, drawn by the beauty of the outdoors and the peaceful pace of life here. Over the past twenty years, I’ve become deeply passionate about health and wellness. I’m always seeking new ways to live a healthier, happier life—and just as importantly, I love sharing what I learn with others. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing positive changes in the lives of my family and friends from the knowledge and practices we’ve shared. When Shelli introduced me to thermography and invited me to be part of this meaningful work, I knew I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. Each day, I continue to learn more about this incredible practice and its benefits, and I’m excited to be part of something that empowers others in their own health journeys.
